Louise Henriksen
Vice President, Marketing

Louise has over fifteen years of experience in the high technology industry, with an emphasis on complex software systems. Louise has defined and marketed products in the B2B e-commerce sector at Digital Market and Agile Software. Previously, she managed product marketing for VMX, Octel, and Lucent. She has also developed marketing plans for software systems targeted at the chemical and pharmaceutical industries. Louise has extensive experience specifying marketing requirements for complex systems and in defining user interfaces. She led the development of the industry's first unified voice/text messaging platform, Octel's Unified Messenger.

Louise holds a BS from the University of Idaho, an MS from the University of North Dakota, and an MBA from UC-Berkeley.
